Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about exhibiting in Munich.
How early should I book an exhibition stand builder for a Munich trade fair?
Most exhibitors contact us 3–6 months before the show, which leaves enough time for design, approvals and production. For the largest fairs, such as bauma, BAU or electronica, where build-up slots and rigging are in high demand, starting 6 months or more ahead is safer. We can still deliver on shorter timelines, especially with modular or reusable stand systems.
How much does an exhibition stand in Munich cost?
The cost depends on stand size, single or double-deck construction, materials, AV and lighting, rigging, and whether the stand is built new or reused. Venue services such as electricity, water, rigging points and cleaning are ordered separately from Messe München. Send us your stand size and show and we will prepare a free design and a detailed quote.
Do you handle Messe München stand approvals and technical guidelines?
Yes. We prepare the stand drawings and documentation required by the venue, including structural calculations for two-storey stands and hanging structures, and make sure all materials meet German fire-safety requirements. This avoids last-minute changes during build-up.
Can you build double-deck stands at Messe München?
Yes. Triumfo International GmbH designs and builds double-deck exhibition stands, including the structural calculations and venue approval they require. They are a good option at busy Munich fairs where floor space is limited and you need meeting rooms on the upper level.
Can you store our stand and reuse it for the next show?
Yes. After dismantling, we transport and store your stand components so they can be refurbished and reused at your next exhibition in Munich or anywhere in Europe, which lowers the cost of future shows.
Which Munich venues do you work at?
We mainly build stands at Messe München, including events at the ICM – Internationales Congress Center München. We also work at the MOC Event Center Messe München, Motorworld München, MTC World of Fashion and the Alte Kongresshalle.
