Network Optix develops enterprise video software allowing businesses to manage, record, view and analyze video data received from IP sensors and cameras. The client was participating in the Embedded World 2026 trade show. They wanted to make a strong brand impression at the event.

The client wanted us to help them showcase their scalable, AI-driven video management solutions. They build solutions that integrate directly with edge systems. They also wanted to demonstrate their intelligent VMS that could manage thousands of cameras in real-time through OAAX framework and DEPX NPU. They wanted their booth to highlight one-click YOLO vision AI model execution through partnerships such as Ultralytics.

Furthermore, Embedded World 2026 focused on showcasing the global ecosystem of foundational technologies and embedded systems. The show covered everything from hardware components to software solutions, safety systems, and emerging edge AI.

We had 45 square meters of available booth space, which allowed us to build a medium-sized booth. Incorporating all these and other requested elements in a medium-sized booth required both creativity and extensive experience.

We thoroughly understood the client’s requirements and designed a virtual concept of how the booth would look once it was ready. We wanted to make the most of the available 45-square-meter floor space. So, we put our best resources to work.

We delivered a booth that fit into a cohesive industrial environment and focused on Network Optix. We showcased a scalable, AI-driven video management solution that could integrate directly with edge systems. The stand included dedicated spaces to demonstrate intelligent VMS that could manage thousands of camera feeds in real-world scenarios using the OAAX framework and DEEPX NPUs. The event highlighted the execution of a one-click YOLO vision AI model through partnerships such as Ultralytics.

We also simplified trade show management by helping them navigate venue compliance, rules and regulations, logistics, installation, dismantling, and more.

The client was happy with our work and how we made displaying and demonstrating their technologies so easy and effortless at the event. The client showcased all their technologies and solutions to a targeted audience, which helped them generate useful leads and partnership queries & requests from B2B customers.
